Are you a pregnant or post-partem mother struggling with substance abuse or recovery? Mosezella's program improves birth outcomes by helping pregnant and postpartum individuals recover from substance use risk factors and substance use disorders. By engaging high-risk pregnant individuals in prevention education services, intensive case management, substance use treatment and other needed services, the program helps address risk factors and substance use in pregnancy. She helps moms provide their babies with a healthier, safer start in life
A community where children strive under the leadership of parents where fathers play an active role. Fathers are valued and provided equal opportunity to engage with children. 2NOT1 is a trusted space by fathers and the community. A trusted space that provides mental health services, leadership development training, and continued resource for the child welfare system.
They help create father-friendly communities so fathers have access to resources that strengthen their ability to parent, help fathers navigate the child welfare system to reunite families, and enhance the leadership capacity of fathers! This is their effort to build a village and strong community.

To receive milk, outpatient families must Complete the Milk Recipient Packet found on the website. Must Provide Physician’s Prescription if need exceeds 40 ounces.
This program provides:
Pasteurized Donor Human Milk (PDHM), Lactation consulting, and Bereavement supports.
At this time you may purchase up to 40 ounces of PDHM without a prescription. If additional PDHM is desired, please contact The Milk Bank for more information.
KY-Moms MATR (Maternal Assistance Toward Recovery) helps expectant and post-partum Kentucky mothers who are at risk for using alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs to reduce harm to their children from their substance use, during and after pregnancy. Participants learn how to make healthy choices during pregnancy, discuss resources in the community, and receive incentives for attending. This service is a collaboration between health departments, prenatal clinics, and community mental health centers.
